Hawks & Company is a family-oriented commercial HVAC company built on Integrity, Innovation, Humility, Serving-It-Up, and Going Above & Beyond. We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and wants a long-term career—not just another job.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial HVAC systems with integrity
- Perform maintenance and repairs on RTUs, water source heat pumps & cooling towers
- Service chiller and boiler systems (preferred)
- Serve customers with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
- Go above & beyond to prevent issues before they impact the client
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and accurate service documentation
