Compensation: $120,000 – $250,000 annually

Leader & Merchandiser to drive revenue growth, shape merchandising strategy, and build a

high-performing sales organization.

Position Overview

This role is a Senior leadership position responsible for driving sales, developing

merchandising strategies, and leading key relationships across retail partners. The ideal candidate

is both a strong leader and visionary—capable of scaling business, influencing senior

Management , and building a results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales and merchandising strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Analyze sales performance, trends, and market opportunities

• Develop merchandising strategies that maximize sell-through and reduce inventory risk

• Partner closely with buyers and senior management

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team

• Establish scalable processes and reporting structures

• Drive cross-functional collaboration

• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in apparel sales, merchandising, or leadership roles

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth• Strong, established relationships within the retail and apparel industry

• Ability to lead and build high-performing teams

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Willingness to travel as needed
