Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for delivering excellent and effective customer service by maintaining strong product knowledge. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for creating, communicating, and documenting new orders within the sales function.

- Serve customers by identifying needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and/or online chat to provide support and product/service information
- Accurately process customer transactions through various channels (portal, phone, email, etc.)
- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to overall positive customer experience
- Understand and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and compatibility
- Provide accurate information on product availability and shipping status
- Manage incoming customer calls promptly and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Enter and manage customer orders in a timely manner to support on-time delivery
- Ensure order accuracy through thorough data entry review
- Utilize internal systems and tools (e.G., CRM, ERP systems)
- Support special projects and additional tasks as needed

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
REASONING ABILITY:
- Strong problem-solving skills
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Strong organizational skills
