Lead the Culinary Team as Director of Culinary at Summit Pointe Senior Living

What Youll Do

As the Director of Culinary, youll play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy delicious and nutritious meals. Typical work wee is Monday-Friday and as needed nights and weekends to ensure a successful team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
  • Leading and managing a team of culinary staff to maintain excellence in service.
  • Developing menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience.
What Were Looking For

Were seeking a dedicated and skilled individual who brings both culinary expertise and strong leadership abilities to the table. To succeed in this role, youll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a culinary leadership role.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your duties.
  • A passion for creating high-quality meals and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others.
