Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily business operations across all departments
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability
• Establish performance expectations and hold managers accountable for results
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, KPIs, and company objectives
• Improve operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Partner with department leaders to solve operational challenges
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development
• Ensure excellent customer service standards throughout the organization
• Support recruiting, coaching, and employee development initiatives
• Report business performance and operational metrics to ownership

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of leadership or general management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple departments or business operations
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build accountability while maintaining positive employee relationships
• Experience improving operational processes and driving organizational growth
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
