Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based methods to develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and growth for clients facing mental health challenges.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA as well as other regulatory standards, ensuring the trust and safety of our clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic and comprehensive care aimed at optimizing client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations and participate in peer review meetings, contributing to an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to enhance the effectiveness of interventions provided to clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a strong understanding of personalized treatment plan development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster meaningful relationships with clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex client situations with sensitivity and insight.
• An ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, valuing the diverse contributions of team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting dealing with underserved or at-risk populations is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and dedicated platforms for telehealth services enhances your candidacy.
• Participation in continuing education opportunities related to mental health practices can be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
