We are a luxury condominium complex that consists of 140 units, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Cleaner/Handyman Part-Time to assist in the overall maintenance for all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations. We are located in Port Washington, serious inquires preferred. Must be able to have own transportation to and from.

Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Able to follow oral and written instructions and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

• Knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
