Unlike the Team Member role, this application is specifically for Cashiers - the heartbeat of our front of house and drive-thru.

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders in our POS system
• Suggest combos and addons to give guests the full Happy Place experience
• Keep drivethru and register lines moving
• Serve guests at the drivethru window with efficiency and friendliness
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly and Fast Communicator: greets every guest with warmth, accuracy, and energy at the window
• DetailOriented Cash Handler: confident using the POS system to process orders smoothly and handle payments with care
• Calm Under Pressure: keeps the line moving and guests happy during busy rushes
• Team Connector: works closely with the kitchen and softserve crew to ensure every order is right and on time
