Position: Member Service and Guest Attendant
Location: Haig Point Club, Hilton Head, SC

Situated on Daufuskie Island, accessible only by ferry, our club offers a unique and tranquil work environment surrounded by stunning Lowcountry scenery.

What You'll Do:

• Provide top-tier service and personalized assistance to our members and guests.
• Greet, assist, and ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Serve, fresh and hot gourmet coffee, and pastries.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing packages, for members, and guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of member service areas.
• Address member and guest inquiries efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Uphold Haig Point’s standards of service, contributing to an atmosphere of hospitality and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work on an island, with dependable transportation to ferry access points.
• Bilingual a plus
