Summary:

The Client Advisor is responsible for working with pre-qualified inbound leads who have already initiated the insurance quote process. This is not a cold-calling role. Advisors consult with customers, assess their coverage needs, recommend insurance solutions, and help them complete the policy purchase process while identifying opportunities for bundled coverage.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with inbound customers who have requested insurance quotes.

· Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

· Guide customers through policy selection and enrollment.

· Identify and present bundled insurance opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records within CRM and agency systems.

· Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

We're seeking candidates with:

· Strong sales and customer service experience.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Experience in insurance, mortgage, banking, automotive, retail, cable/internet, solar, furniture, appliance sales, or other consultative sales environments.

· A goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

· Active Property & Casualty License preferred but not required. Company provides licensing support and training for qualified candidates.
