Little Caesars Urgent Hiring: Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled General Manager

Join our loving and enthusiastic team managing one of our 16 Little Caesars locations. We offer a safe, fun workplace and excellent benefits including paid time off, health and dental insurance, employee discounts, and paid training. Develop your leadership skills while creating delicious customer experiences and driving store success with bonus pay incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a talented team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals
- Ensure high-quality, consistent food preparation and excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members to build a productive workforce
- Manage labor scheduling, food ordering, and cost control with integrity
- Implement local marketing events and in-store promotions to boost sales
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong management, team building, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise multiple employees and motivate them to meet goals
- Basic math skills and knowledge of profit and loss analysis
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to meet background verification standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds and standing for long periods
- Compliance with state and federal labor laws, OSHA, and EEOC requirements
Work Schedule & Environment
- Full-time role with approximately 45-50 hours per week
- Weekend, holiday, day, night shifts, and on-call availability required
- On-site position in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable atmosphere
