Looking for administrative assistant/warehouse help for small Service trade company
Job description: Self directed reliable team player. Owners in and out of office. Has to have very excellent communication skills and be kind to our customers previous and new. Take down phone calls. Organize schedule and estimates. Organize office. Filing and computer skills. Willing to work out of office trailer. Maintain customer data base. Troubleshooter. Suitable for someone with a lot of energy. Occasionally willing to drive company vehicles and pick-up and drop off materials when needed.
Office experience a huge plus. Able to lift 50lbs.
