Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting approaches as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure all clients receive necessary support, accommodating those who may face accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your role is pivotal in creating individualized care plans that resonate with each client's life experience, helping them navigate their unique challenges and fostering personal growth.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish a supportive and trustful relationship with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to clients’ experiences is essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a private practice or community health clinic setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans that incorporate cultural competence and client-focused strategies.
