About the role
GrowthZone helps associations and chambers of commerce do more with less — and our Customer Solutions Executives are the engine behind that growth. If you love building real relationships, uncovering the right solution for every customer, and hitting targets that actually mean something, this role was made for you.
As a Customer Solutions Executive, you'll own a book of business and work as a trusted advisor. Using a consultative approach, you'll listen first, then tailor GrowthZone solutions to each customer's unique needs. This is a primarily outbound role with inbound support from customer success and marketing, with a special focus on growing GZ Pay adoption, platform migrations, website services, Community, and package upgrades.
What you’ll do
Sales amp; Account Management
  • Drive outbound sales efforts to expand product usage across your assigned accounts, with a strong focus on GZ Pay adoption and package upgrades.
  • Negotiate and close account expansions to grow Annual Recurring Revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Build deep product expertise across the GrowthZone suite to communicate clear, compelling value to customers.
Customer Engagement amp; Relationship Building
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts to uncover new opportunities and deepen customer satisfaction.
  • Present customized value propositions that connect GrowthZone capabilities to real customer pain points.
  • Travel to tradeshows, user groups, and customer sites to strengthen partnerships and capture cross-sell and upsell potential.
Forecasting amp; Performance Tracking
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot — accurate forecasting, diligent documentation, and tracking key metrics including referral and marketing codes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for ARR, GZ Pay attach rate, Community attach rate, and Average Selling Price (ASP) growth.
Who You are
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product value clearly over phone and email.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Organization amp; Self-Management: Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines independently, with diligent follow-through.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines and account requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with ChamberMaster, MemberZone, GrowthZone, or MemberSuite platforms is a plus.
  • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using HubSpot for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
