We’re hiring a MedTech Business Development Manager for a fast-growing company with a strong culture who believes that building relationships is just as critical as closing deals. Could it be you?

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who brings a strategic mindset, a genuine relationship-building style, and the confidence to represent CMD in a highly technical, highly regulated industry. You don’t need to be an engineer—but you do need to speak the language of people who build life‑changing devices.

How we’ll know it’s working:

  • New leads generated
  • Number of new customers onboarded
  • Number of repeat engagements per client
What you bring:
  • 5–10 years of business development, sales, or account management experience—ideally in medical devices, life sciences, or engineering/regulatory consulting
  • A genuine ability to build trust with technical buyers
  • A proven track record of growing relationships over time
  • Confidence and presence at industry events—you work a room naturally
  • Strong organizational habits and reliable follow‑through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong network in the medical device industry
  • Columbus‑based, with willingness to travel (25–40%)
