About the Role
Group One USA Insurance is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic, people‐focused Agency Relations & Growth Consultant to help drive the next phase of our national growth. This individual will be the first point of contact for all new agents and a key ambassador of our brand — someone who can build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and create an inviting experience that attracts top producers.
This is a full‐time, in‐office position designed for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, relationship‐driven environment and enjoys helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment & Growth
Proactively identify, engage, and attract licensed life & health insurance agents across multiple states.
Conduct initial outreach, introductions, and discovery conversations with prospective agents.
Present Group One’s value proposition, culture, and opportunities in a compelling, professional manner.
Manage the early stages of the recruiting pipeline, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Agent Relations & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for new agents during their first phase with the agency.
Build strong, ongoing relationships that encourage long‐term engagement and production growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (contracting, training, marketing, compliance) to ensure agents receive timely support.
Maintain accurate records of agent interactions, progress, and follow‐up needs.
Brand Representation & Communication
Represent Group One with professionalism, warmth, and high energy — both in person and over the phone.
Deliver bilingual communication (English & Spanish) that resonates with diverse agent audiences.
Participate in recruiting events, training sessions, and internal meetings as needed.
Uphold the agency’s standards of excellence and contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture.
Qualifications
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Prior experience in recruiting, sales, customer relations, or agency operations preferred.
Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and engaging.
Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Professional presence and positive energy that inspires trust and attracts high‐quality agents.
Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
Comfortable working full‐time on‐site in our Doral, FL office.
