The CRM Director will play a pivotal role in driving our customer relationship management strategies, optimizing client engagement, and supporting our mission to provide top-tier roofing solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Oversee the management and optimization of CRM platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Lead the training and development of staff on CRM best practices and software usage.
• Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to senior management.
• Manage CRM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex customer data.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
