About the Role
As the Materials Manager, you’ll lead all materials planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory control activities for a highvolume production facility. This role is central to ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, supporting smooth operations, cost efficiency, and strong customer performance.

Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the materials, logistics, and inventory team, ensuring strong training and performance
• Oversee materials planning and production scheduling in coordination with manufacturing and customer demand
• Manage procurement activities, supplier performance, and component availability
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, cycle counts, and Min/Max planning across all locations
• Oversee freight, routing, packaging requirements, and premium freight mitigation
• Maintain materials procedures, reporting, and documentation for operational accuracy
• Manage PFEP (Plan for Every Part) to ensure accurate part data and inventory planning
• Identify and drive costreduction and continuousimprovement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Support additional operational needs as assigned
