Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full TimeCypress Ridge Care CenterCypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is a full‑time opportunity in a skilled nursing / post‑acute care setting, providing high‑quality therapy services to our residents.Position DetailsSchedule: Full TimeCompensation: Starting at $45-55/hour and up, DOE (Depending on Experience)Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long‑Term CareResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goalsDocument evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility and regulatory standardsCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physiciansEducate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategiesMaintain productivity and quality standards while delivering patient‑centered careQualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech‑Language PathologyCurrent state SLP license (or eligibility)CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFY candidates welcome to applyExperience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting preferredStrong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsBenefitsCompetitive pay starting at $45-55/hour and up DOEMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)401(k) optionsSupportive leadership and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and continuing educationWhy Cypress Ridge Care Center?At Cypress Ridge Care Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care while fostering a supportive and respectful workplace for our clinicians.
