Greco Properties is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist for a diverse and unique community of guests in Shoreview, MN.

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face of the property, creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Your ability to anticipate needs, foster a sense of community, and coordinate seamless transitions will ensure a high standard of hospitality. By managing key aspects of the turnover process and cultivating meaningful connections, you'll help uphold the Greco Seal of Approval, where every property has its own unique story and personality.
Minimum Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Property Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience through a service-obsessed approach. This includes ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and 100% satisfied from their first interaction through move-out by consistently providing enthusiastic, responsive, and gracious service.
An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities listed above. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
