CLEVELAND Admin Assistant /Acct Coordinator $19-23/hr

Administrative Assistant / Order Account Coordinator / Data Entry Specialist
Food Brokerage Industry Locations in Strongsville and Garfield heights

Great Work is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Order Account Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping multiple projects organized and on track, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring orders and customer accounts are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Track orders from entry through delivery, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
  • Troubleshoot order discrepancies and communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing and pricing files.
  • Process and reconcile billbacks and deductions.
  • Maintain customer databases, account information, and customer lists.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative support and customer requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy through ongoing database management and data entry.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal team members.
  • Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support workflow efficiency and assist with day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food brokerage, food distribution, customer service, order management, or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Experience with database management and data entry.
