GranitePro is seeking a skilled and motivated Countertop Installer to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Install natural and man-made stone countertops, vanities, fireplaces, and more
• Remove existing countertop materials including laminate, tile, and solid surface
• Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication sheets, and templates
• Make on-site adjustments to ensure proper fit and finish
• Coordinate with office, template, and fabrication teams for seamless job execution
• Deliver top-tier customer service and conduct final walk-throughs with customers
• Lead and mentor helpers or junior installers as needed
• Maintain clean, organized tools, vehicles, and job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and company SOPs
• Meet job schedules and proactively communicate any updates

Qualifications

• Experience in granite or quartz countertop installation preferred; motivated beginners will be considered
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Punctual and dependable — able to work 40+ hours per week
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• Must be able to commute to Sykesville, MD 21784
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$30/hr starting pay, based on experience
