GradeTec is looking for a dependable Crew Lead / Working Foreman to help run our paving, grading, and dirt work crew in the Soldotna/Kenai area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can work alongside the crew, keep people moving, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing clean, professional work. The right person should have experience in asphalt, grading, equipment operation, trucking, or general civil construction, and be comfortable helping plan the day, solving problems in the field, tracking quantities/time, and making sure the job is done safely and efficiently. We are a growing local company, so this is a good opportunity for someone who wants steady seasonal work, responsibility, and room to grow with the business.
