Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Queens, NY, with a mix of in-person client work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full transaction lifecycle, including prospecting leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through contracts, inspections, and closings. Daily activities include researching local market trends, pricing properties, coordinating marketing activities such as listings and open houses, and maintaining accurate documentation and CRM records. The role requires regular communication with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, as well as close collaboration with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other industry professionals. The agent is expected to uphold company standards, follow all regulatory requirements, and provide responsive, client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State real estate license (or clear plan and eligibility to obtain one shortly).
• Strong client service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and timely follow-up.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze property values, and explain real estate data to clients.
• Experience or comfort with sales activities such as prospecting, networking, and negotiating offers.
• Proficiency with real estate listing platforms, CRM tools, email, and basic office software.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, meeting clients on-site in Queens, NY and working remotely when appropriate.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to fair housing and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and business partners.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not strictly required.
• Fluency in additional languages common in Queens communities is a plus.
