Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. Work Environment

This is a remote position, allowing you to provide your expertise from the comfort of your home while having access to a collaborative virtual support system. Key Responsibilities

• Establish a positive, trusting rapport with patients during initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions.
• Utilize clinical skills to diagnose mental health disorders, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
• Offer empathetic support and therapeutic interventions, helping clients explore their challenges and develop coping strategies.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as appropriate, fostering a sense of community and understanding among participants.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members, referring clients to specialists when necessary for comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health therapy, particularly concerning substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and addiction-related concerns. Your role is critical in offering tailored support to help them navigate their unique challenges and contribute to fostering healthier relationships both at home and within the community.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and mental health treatment.
• Strong therapeutic skills, including the ability to motivate and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building relationships with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.
• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is a plus.
• Background in working with diverse populations, ensuring culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits

Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
