Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar role required. As an Account Executive at Precision Freight, you will develop, maintain, and grow relationships between customers, shippers, consignees, and carriers. This fast-paced role is responsible for quoting, coordinating, and controlling the movement of customer freight with a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on managing customer accounts, optimizing transportation solutions, client networking, negotiating pricing, and coordinating hotshot, truckload, LTL, and specialized shipments.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and oversee transportation of goods, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Develop and nurture relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Source carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and secure transportation services aligned with customer needs.
• Manage customer accounts and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Network with clients and prospective customers to identify cross-selling and new business opportunities.
• Resolve shipment delays, carrier-performance issues, and other logistics challenges.
• Coordinate hotshot, full truckload, less-than-truckload, and specialized shipments.
• Prepare bills of lading, freight quotes, contracts, and other transportation documents while maintaining compliance standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong customer-service skills with shippers and carriers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hotshot, FTL, and LTL shipments.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems, load boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: Base DOE plus commission and bonuses.
