Restaurant General Manager

We are searching for a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a growing, fast-paced restaurant group. This is a great opportunity for an operator who thrives in the day-to-day, leads from the front, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed.

This is not a sit-in-the-office management role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a location, build strong teams, drive results, and help support future growth as additional locations open this year.

• Hands-on mentality with strong operational instincts
• Comfortable working both in the business and on the business
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to command respect while also giving it
• Mature, accountable, and dependable
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers, iPads, and operational systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Multi-unit or turn-key opening experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and develop team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Drive sales, labor, and profitability goals
• Ensure operational excellence and accountability throughout the restaurant
• Support staffing, scheduling, inventory, and overall business performance
• Assist with upcoming growth and new store openings

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with flexibility for the right candidate
• Monthly bonus potential up to $1,500
