This role has No Business Development! and 75% of the fee from each placement goes into your individual billings pot!

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, specialising in the top 1% of Software Engineers across New York and San Francisco.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth market mapping across the software engineering market.
• Building and maintaining strong pipelines of high-calibre technology professionals.
• Proactively sourcing, approaching, and qualifying passive and active candidates
• Managing end-to-end candidate processes, including screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborating with consultants and account teams to deliver against client hiring requirements
• Providing market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor analysis to support recruitment strategies.

We are seeking ambitious and driven recruitment professionals with proven track records in technology recruitment and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

What you'll bring:

✅ Previous experience recruiting within Technology. (360 recruitment, 180 recruitment or exec search)

✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with the ability to engage passive talent in competitive markets.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence building relationships at all levels.

✅ A growth mindset and genuine desire to continuously develop your market knowledge and recruitment expertise.

✅ A collaborative approach to teamwork - you contribute positively to team culture and help elevate those around you.
