What we’re looking for

Goodie AI is searching for a go-to advisor for enterprise brands navigating the new search frontier. You’ll lead relationships with our clients, translate data into strategic clarity, and guide brands in shaping how they’re discovered, represented, and chosen in AI search. This isn’t SEO 2.0. It’s a new discipline entirely and you’ll help write the playbook. You’ll identify patterns before they become best practices, turn complex platform mechanics into actionable frameworks, and help Goodie clients stay ahead while others are still catching up.

At Goodie, you won’t just be optimizing you’ll be shaping the next chapter of organic growth in the AI and agentic web. You’ll work with global brands, build industry-defining strategies, and contribute to a category that didn’t exist three years ago. What you’ll do

Act as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of enterprise and scale-up Goodie AI clients.

Build AEO strategies that maximize brand visibility across LLMs and AI search surfaces.

Partner with client teams (SEO, content, comms, growth) to integrate AEO into broader growth strategy.

Lead deep research into AI models, prompt patterns, and entity-based discovery mechanics.

Translate findings into competitive gap analyses, visibility frameworks, and industry-specific playbooks.

Turn client challenges and edge cases into structured learnings and product feedback loops.

Present insights and strategies with clarity to executives, marketers, and technical teams.

Stay two steps ahead of industry shifts, surfacing what matters before it’s obvious.

What you have

4+ years in SEO, content strategy, search marketing, or growth roles (AEO/GEO experience a major plus).

A proven record of designing strategies that drive measurable growth and visibility.

Ability to think at both the technical and strategic levels.

Comfort leading enterprise client relationships with authority, clarity, and trust.

Intellectual curiosity about how AI systems interpret, prioritize, and present information.

A knack for simplifying technical concepts into frameworks executives and marketers can use.

Track record of anticipating search or platform shifts before they went mainstream.

What we are looking for

As a Product Manager for the Goodie AI, you will drive development and launch of AI products focused on marketing use cases. You will work closely with our Engineering and Design teams to solve some of the most interesting problems in the world of marketing and build scalable, industry-leading observability platform.

What you’ll do

Lead and drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with product vision, customer needs.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure velocity in deployment and successful on-time product launches.

Utilize product analytics tools to gather insights, measure product performance, and inform data-driven decisions.

Define and prioritize product features, creating clear roadmaps and communicating them effectively to stakeholders.

Drive the development of marketing collateral, including landing pages, guides, and presentations, to effectively communicate product value.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

Continuously assess market trends and customer feedback to refine and improve products.

Ensure that all products meet high standards of quality, usability, and performance.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the AI Lab.

What you have (continued)

4+ years of experience in product management, preferably with B2B SaaS products focused on marketing use cases and persona.

Strong knowledge and passion for AI, with experience in Generative AI product development being a plus.

A degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience working with consumer to mid-market B2B SaaS products.

Proficiency in product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude or Aha!

A proven track record of coordinating between design and engineering teams to achieve sprint goals on time.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey product value through landing pages, guides, and presentations.

An analytical mindset with the ability to drive product decisions based on data and users feedback.

This is not a role where you execute someone else’s strategy. It’s the role where you buld the strategy, write the playbook, carry the number, and grown the team.

A player-coch by instinct, you want to close deals yourself and coach others to do the same. You don’t wait for the process to be handed to you, you build it from what’s wrong in the field and refine it unitl it scales. Seeing around corner is second nature: Identifying the path forward without being told, and holding yourself to a higher standard than anyone else would.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll carry your own quota and manage a small but hungry team working a mix of inbound and outbound. The opportunity: define the sales function at one of the most important AI infrastructure companies being built right now.

What you’ll do

Own Revenue

Carry a personal sales quota and close enterprise and mid-market deals with brand, marketing, and digital teams at some of the worlds largest companies.

Run full-cycle sales: discovery, demos, business cases, negotiation, and contracting on your own book of business.

own inbound conversion and build on Goodies outbound motion, targeting CMOs, VP’s of Marketing, VPs of SEO and digital marketing leaders.

Build and Coach the Team

Set performance expectations, coach pipeline execution and hold reps to consistent standards.

Define the ideal AE hiring profile and build the onboarding program that will scale beyond your first hires.

Define the Sales Playbook

Refine Goodie’s sales playbook: ICP definition, buyer personas, discovery frameworks, competitive handling, and deal strategy.

Develop ROI narratives and business case frameworks that translate Goodie’s platform into quantifiable outcomes for enterprise marketing teams.

Identify whats’s working in the market and turn it into repeatable process before scaling.

Own the revenue strategy with full accountability for direction. This role is for someone who generates strategy, not someone who waits for it.

Partner directly with the CEO and the rest of the leadership team on GTM alignment, campaign feedback, and pipeline planning.

Feel product, marketing, and leadership with intelligence from the field: Objections, competitor signals, unmet buyer needs, and category narratives.

What you have

5+ years of enterprise of mid-market B2B SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.

Direct experience in a player-coch or sales management capacity.

Startup instincts: you’ve operated in an environment without a fully built playbook and you’ve built one rather than waiting for it.

Proven ability to manage both inbound pipeline and build outbound motions, ideally at the same company.

Executive presence and communication skills: you can run a credible discovery call with a VP, build census with multiple stakeholders, and close with a C-suite decision maker.

Hands-on fluency with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, or equivalents).

Bonus/Nice-to-haves

Background in martech, SEO platforms, digital marketing technology, or AI-native SaaS products.

Experience at a company transitioning from founder-led to team-led sales, where you helped make that transition.

Existing relationships with enterprise or mid-market brand and digital marketing leaders.

Familiarity with AEO, GEO, or AI search as a category; you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re genuinely curious about what we’re building.

Experience hiring, onboarding and ramping AEs from scratch.
