What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians
• Educate patients to help them return to work, sport, and everyday activities
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
• Commitment to practicing manual therapy as a core component of patient care
• Passion for delivering compassionate, individualized care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth
• Two or more years of outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Qualities That Will Help You Thrive

You don't need to have experience in every area - we're looking for clinicians who are eager to learn and grow.

• Understanding of running and walking gait analysis
• Interest in pursuing continuing education and specialty certifications
• Active lifestyle or interest in sports and movement, with an appreciation for helping athletes safely return to the activities they love
• Experience with specialized manual therapy techniques such as Functional Dry Needling, ASTYM, or Active Release Technique is a plus, but not required - we're happy to help the right candidate develop these skills
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
