Job description

At Vyond, marketing exists to help revenue teams move faster and win more often. We’re looking for a Director of Marketing who loves turning direction into action and enjoys being close to the work, the teams, and the outcomes.

This role is ideal for a senior marketing operator who wants real ownership, clear priorities, and tight partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll focus on execution, delivery, and measurable impact across pipeline, renewals, and expansion.

What You’ll Do

You’ll run marketing programs end-to-end once priorities are set. That includes planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring everything ships on time and in usable form.

You’ll execute revenue-supporting programs such as field events, webinars, customer briefings, analyst engagements, and targeted campaigns. You’ll handle the details that make these programs successful: logistics, materials, lead flow, follow-up coordination, and post-program reporting.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to support active deals and accounts. Your work will show up directly in pipeline activity, deal momentum, renewals, and expansions.

You’ll manage external agencies and vendors, owning scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and quality. You’ll keep work focused, practical, and aligned to what revenue teams actually need.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing and RevOps to ensure everything in market reflects current product capabilities, pricing, and sales motions.

You’ll continuously improve execution by reviewing what worked, what didn’t, and where we should double down or stop entirely.

How You’ll Be Successful

  • Deliver reliably. Programs launch when promised, with the right assets + clean handoffs.

  • Stay close to revenue. Sales and CS know exactly how to use what you produce.

  • Organized under pressure. Multiple initiatives, timelines, and partners don’t rattle you.

  • Pragmatic. You value progress, clarity, and usefulness over perfection.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience executing B2B SaaS marketing programs in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success.

  • Strong track record running events, campaigns, or field programs that supported revenue outcomes.

  • Excellent project management skills + comfort coordinating across teams, tools, vendors.

  • Hands-on mindset. You’re happiest when things are shipping and moving.

Why This Role Is Different

This is a highly collaborative, execution-led role with clear direction and real impact. You won’t be asked to invent strategy in isolation or spend months debating positioning. Instead, you’ll work alongside revenue leaders to bring focused programs to life and see the results of your work quickly.

If you’re an experienced marketing operator who enjoys clarity, momentum, and close partnership with sales teams, this role is built for you.
