Position: Commercial Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists.
  • Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
