We invest heavily in marketing and customer acquisition so our sales professionals can focus on what they do best:
Selling.
Our call center schedules and confirms homeowner appointments for you. You meet customers in their homes, understand their project, measure the space, show flooring samples, recommend the right solution, provide pricing and help them make a confident buying decision.
We provide the appointments, products, training and installation infrastructure.
You provide the professionalism, work ethic and ability to close.

We’ll Train You to Become an In-Home Flooring Professional
You don’t need to be a flooring expert on day one.
We’ll train you on our products, systems and sales process, including how to:

• Conduct a professional in-home consultation
• Measure flooring projects
• Present samples and product options
• Identify the customer’s needs, style and budget
• Recommend the right flooring solution
• Build and present project proposals
• Explain financing and promotional options
• Close the sale and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Once you make the sale, our operations and installation teams take it from there.
We represent products from leading manufacturers including Shaw and Mohawk, and many Go Flooring projects can be installed in as little as a couple of days.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for competitive, professional people who know how to communicate, build trust and close.
Previous flooring experience is not required.
Experience in home improvement, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, automotive, furniture, real estate, insurance or other commission-based sales can translate extremely well into this opportunity.
You should be:
