Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders using pick lists or handheld scanners.
• Verify item quantities, product quality, and order accuracy before packing.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Print and apply shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
• Process orders within established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Replenish inventory and restock picking locations as needed.
• Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and cycle counts.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status or inventory issues.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and reach for extended periods.

Position Summary

The Package Handler is responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, scanning, and moving packages efficiently while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle packages safely and accurately.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Sort packages by destination, route, or shipment requirements.
• Scan packages accurately using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
• Stack, organize, and move packages safely throughout the facility.
• Ensure packages are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and equipment guidelines.
• Report damaged packages, safety concerns, or operational issues to management.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet operational deadlines.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Stream Host Assistant

Position: Stream Host Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and reliable Stream Host Assistant to support our live-streaming team. The ideal candidate will help the host prepare for and manage live streams, organize and restock products, engage with viewers, assist with order fulfillment, and ensure each broadcast runs smoothly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Stream Host before, during, and after live broadcasts.
• Help prepare products, materials, and content for each stream.
• Restock and organize products for the Stream Host to ensure products are readily available throughout the live stream.
• Monitor product levels during streams and quickly replenish items as needed.
• Organize products in an efficient and easy-to-access manner for the host.
• Support the host with talking points, product information, and demonstrations.
• Monitor live chat and help respond to viewer questions and comments.
• Help maintain an engaging and positive environment during the stream.
• Assist with cameras, lighting, microphones, and other basic streaming equipment.
• Keep the streaming and fulfillment areas organized, clean, and presentation-ready.
• Assist with order fulfillment, including applying stickers and labels to products and preparing items for shipment.
• Help organize and prepare products for customer orders.
• Help track products, inventory, and promotional materials when needed.
• Communicate with the team regarding schedules, promotions, orders, and stream activities.
• Help troubleshoot basic issues during live broadcasts.
• Perform other duties related to live-stream production, product preparation, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced live-stream environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Comfortable using social media and basic computer technology.

• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently while restocking and preparing products.
• Previous experience with live streaming, social media, sales, customer service, fulfillment, or inventory is a plus, but not required.
