We are seeking a skilled Offset Pressman to join our dynamic team in Minster, OH. As an Offset Pressman, you will play a crucial role in our printing operations, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining efficiency and safety. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor press operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
• Adjust ink and water balance, color registration, and other settings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and materials used.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Offset Pressman or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, and materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
