Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present and promote company products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, inventory, and leadership to ensure customer success.
  • Achieve individual sales objectives and performance targets.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
  • Expand business within existing accounts through relationship building and opportunity identification.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market developments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, purchasing, trading, wholesale, distribution, or reseller environments.
  • Industry experience in IT hardware, gaming, consumer electronics, audio products, or similar non-consumable goods.
  • Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Outbound sales and business development experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable using business communication and productivity tools such as Outlook, Teams, WhatsApp, CRM platforms, and other technology applications.
