Job Summary

We are hiring a Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of software development and digital platform implementations within a consulting delivery environment. This role requires a project leader who understands the technical realities of application delivery and product build, including coordination across engineering teams, architecture dependencies, and SDLC execution. You will manage project timelines, scope, and delivery outcomes while working closely with software engineers, data engineers, cloud specialists, and analytics teams. Experience supporting data platforms, reporting environments (Power BI), AI-enabled solutions, or digital platform configuration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development and digital platform implementation projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across engineering, product, and data workstreams
• Ensure alignment between technical architecture, engineering execution, and client expectations
• Manage delivery timelines across application builds, reporting platforms, and analytics solutions

SDLC & Engineering Coordination

• Oversee project execution across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and release
• Coordinate work across engineering teams including software, data, cloud, and reporting developers
• Ensure proper release planning, integration management, and deployment readiness
• Identify technical risks and delivery dependencies early and implement mitigation plans
• Support Agile delivery models alongside engineering teams and Scrum leaders

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

• Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead for technology initiatives
• Provide executive-level reporting on project health, risks, and delivery milestones
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Drive structured decision-making and issue resolution across project stakeholders
• Support change management and adoption planning for delivered solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing technology delivery or software development projects
• Experience delivering application development, platform implementation, or digital product builds
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project delivery
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams including engineering and analytics resources
• Proficiency with delivery management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent
• Experience delivering projects involving data engineering, analytics platforms, or cloud environments
• Familiarity with Power BI, reporting platforms, AI/ML initiatives, or data-driven product builds
• Experience working in consulting or professional services delivery environments
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams

Domain Experience Preferred (Not Required)

• Healthcare technology, digital health platforms, or patient services ecosystems
• Data and analytics platforms, including business intelligence and enterprise reporting environments
• AI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, or data science-driven product development
• Cloud-based application delivery and modern engineering environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or enterprise reporting platforms
• Consulting or client-facing delivery environments supporting complex technology implementations
