  • Partner Engagement & Relationship Management: Represent the foundation professionally in the field; build trust, listen to concerns, solve problems, communicate priorities, and strengthen partner confidence.
  • Data, Reporting & Growth Strategy: Track team growth, event coverage, partner sentiment, volunteer capacity, risks, and opportunities; use field insight to inform regional and global strategy.
  • Training, Communication & Resource Connection: Help partners access training, playbooks, deadlines, competition updates, technical resources, and the right foundation support at the right time.
  • Program Support Representative Leadership & Growth Accountability: Manage, coach, and support a team of Program Support Representatives around clear growth, retention, event-support, and partner-engagement metrics; ensure consistent follow-up, reporting, and execution across assigned territories.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing an on-site team.
  • Experience in education, robotics/STEM, youth development, nonprofit/community engagement, events, customer success, field operations, or partner management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with educators, volunteers, event partners, school leaders, and community organizations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and independent field execution skills.
  • Ability to use data, feedback, and partner insight to guide growth, retention, event quality, and regional priorities.
  • Preferred: robotics competition, CTE, district/school partnership, volunteer coordination, CRM/event platform, or multilingual experience.

Travel Expectations

Travel within an assigned region or territory is expected, including local and regional competitions, event partner meetings, school and district visits, community launches, coach/volunteer trainings, regional planning sessions, and national or world championship events. Travel: 25% and will include some weekends, and working the VEX Robotics World Championship.

Success Measures
