Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, flexible days)
Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension)
Looking for
Seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our team in New York City. This role is a high-touch recruiting position focused on sourcing and hiring crypto, blockchain, product, and fintech roles. The successful candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, niche expertise in crypto/blockchain, and experience managing high-volume requisitions in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 10–15 requisitions simultaneously across crypto, blockchain, product, and fintech domains.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, providing consultative and high-touch support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source and recruit roles across B2B, B2C, product, and secondary coverage areas.
  • Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and internal platforms (Workday, Mastercard tools).
  • Build strong pipelines for niche crypto/blockchain talent while also covering BA, product, and fintech roles.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive in long-term contract environments and adapt to evolving hiring needs.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within technology, fintech, or banking industries.
  • Proven success in crypto/blockchain recruiting (experience with 4–10 roles preferred).
  • Strong agency or in-house recruiting background with emphasis on relationship building.
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
  • Track record of sourcing and closing candidates in high-demand niche markets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
