Job description

We're looking for a sharp, driven Junior Business Development Associate to join our team supporting the growth of embodied AI solutions across enterprise and industrial customers. This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career — new graduates welcome — who is intellectually curious, quick on their feet, and eager to build a career in tech sales. You'll work closely with senior BD and Solutions Engineering colleagues, learning the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal support, with a clear path to owning your own accounts.

Responsibilities

Pipeline & Lead Development

  • Support prospecting and outreach to identify potential enterprise and channel partner leads
  • Help qualify inbound and outbound opportunities; maintain accurate records in CRM

Deal Support

  • Assist senior BD and Solutions Engineers in customer meetings, proposal prep, and follow-up
  • Help coordinate between customers and internal technical teams to keep deals moving

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry news, competitor activity, and customer trends in the embodied AI / robotics space
  • Contribute to market research summaries and account planning materials

Growth Path

  • Build foundational B2B sales skills with mentorship from experienced BD leadership
  • Progress toward owning independent accounts and, over time, a full sales cycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; STEM, computer science, or engineering background a plus
  • New graduates or up to ~2 years of work experience welcome
  • Sharp, quick-thinking, and genuinely curious — strong problem-solving instincts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in or exposure to the tech/AI/robotics/hardware industry
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English preferred

Nice to have (not required):

  • Prior internship or exposure to sales, BD, or customer-facing roles
  • Technical coursework or background (CS, mechanical/electrical engineering, automation) that supports credible conversations with engineering teams
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience
