Job description

Bartender @ Von Elrod's Beer Hall amp; Kitchen

As a Bartender at Von Elrod’s, you’ll be responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service at a busy bar while maintaining strong beer knowledge and proper pouring techniques. You’ll help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to return, whether they’re craft beer enthusiasts, first‑time visitors, or everyday regulars.

Requirements-

Prior bartending experience in a high‑volume bar or restaurant

General beer knowledge preferred (styles, flavor profiles, draft systems)

Ability to pour liquor accurately and consistently using company standards

Strong multitasking and time‑management skills

Friendly, confident, and engaging personality

Ability to create relationships with guests and build regular clientele

Must be able to change beer kegs and safely lift/move kegs as needed during shifts.

Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Attend required beer trainings to maintain knowledge of menu changes and beer selections.

Must meet all local and state alcohol service requirements
