About the Role:
 Join General Airframe Support as a Mechanic (Licensed or Unlicensed) in Marana, AZ, where you’ll play a key role in aircraft teardowns and reclamation. We’re seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to high-quality aviation support. 

Responsibilities:
  • Perform aircraft teardowns in accordance with company procedures and safety standards 
  • Disassemble aircraft systems and components for reclamation and reuse 
  • Identify, tag, and document serviceable parts and materials 
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively 
  • Follow detailed work instructions, manuals, and regulatory guidelines 
  • Assist with inventory tracking and parts organization 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment 
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality expectations
Requirements:
  • Prior mechanical and reclamation experience preferred (aviation experience a plus, but not required) 
  • A&P license preferred but not required 
  • Ability to read and follow technical manuals and work instructions 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools 
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions 
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment 
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
