Geisler Tech LLC develops custom software, AI automation systems, and business automation solutions. Our primary platform, NfinityHQ, is an AI-powered system that helps small and midsized businesses manage leads, workflows, tasks, sales activity, and documents within one centralized platform.

We are seeking motivated B2B sales representatives to identify qualified prospects, conduct initial outreach, and generate new client opportunities. Your goal will be to connect our technical capabilities to specific business needs, such as reducing administrative work, improving lead management, organizing operations, and automating repetitive tasks.

Your Role

Your focus will be exclusively on initial outreach, discovery, and prospect qualification.

Identify: Source qualified B2B prospects through independent outreach and company-provided cold lead lists.

Contact: Reach business owners, managers, and decision-makers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social media.

Introduce: Explain how NfinityHQ may improve operational efficiency, lead management, organization, and administrative workflows.

Qualify: Ask high-level discovery questions to determine whether the prospect has a legitimate business need that NfinityHQ or a custom Geisler Tech LLC solution may address.

Schedule: Arrange a second-stage solution-discovery meeting between the qualified prospect and the founder of Geisler Tech LLC.

Document: Provide the founder with clear notes regarding the prospect’s business, current challenges, interest level, needs, and decision-making authority.

Scope of Responsibility:

You will not be responsible for software demonstrations, technical discovery, project scoping, contract preparation, pricing negotiations, payment collection, or development management.

Your responsibility is to identify qualified opportunities, generate genuine interest, and prepare the prospect for a productive consultation with the founder. The founder will manage the remaining discovery, proposal, contract, and closing process.

Ideal Clients:

We are primarily seeking small and midsized businesses that currently manage leads, documents, projects, or internal workflows manually or across multiple disconnected systems.

Target industries include:

• Trucking and logistics
• Construction and contracting
• HVAC and home services
• Auto repair
• Property maintenance
• Local service businesses
• Small manufacturing
• Professional services

Common pain points include:

• Leads being lost or not followed up with
• Disorganized files and customer records
• Manual scheduling and task assignment
• Repetitive data entry
• Inefficient internal communication
• Limited visibility into sales activity
• Workflows spread across multiple platforms

Custom Software and AI Opportunities

In addition to NfinityHQ, representatives may identify prospects seeking custom software or AI automation services through Geisler Tech LLC.

Examples include:

• AI agents and digital employees
• CRM and lead-management automation
• E-commerce automation
• Custom dashboards
• Workflow integrations
• Inventory and production systems
• Automated estimating and invoicing
• Customer-support automation
• Internal business tools
• Custom web or desktop applications

The same qualification process applies: identify the prospect’s general need, determine whether the opportunity appears legitimate and commercially viable, and schedule a meeting with the founder.

The Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, software, technology, or professional-services sales
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to explain technical products to nontechnical business owners
• Ability to recognize business pain points and identify potential software or automation opportunities
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role
• Organized, professional, and accountable
• Results-driven with strong ethical standards
• Experience selling to small and midsized businesses is strongly preferred
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, AI, automation, managed IT, or related B2B services is preferred

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor position. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation.

The representative will earn a commission equal to 50% of the total setup fee for each new paying client they personally source and qualify through the approved sales process.

Clients typically pay their setup fee in two installments:

• 50% before development begins
• 50% after development is completed and the client has accepted the final work

For example, if the total setup fee is $10,000, the client will pay $5,000 before development and $5,000 after completion. Once the second payment has been received and all commission requirements have been satisfied, the representative will receive a total commission of $5,000.

Commission is earned and paid only after the client has:

• Entered into an approved agreement with Geisler Tech LLC
• Paid both setup-fee installments
• Accepted the completed work

No commission will be paid for unpaid invoices, canceled or refunded projects, chargebacks, partially paid projects, or leads that were already active in the company’s pipeline.

Additional commission terms and lead-ownership requirements will be governed by a separate independent contractor agreement.

Growth Opportunity

Geisler Tech LLC is a newly established startup, and this role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company. To maintain reasonable project timelines and service quality, a client waitlist may be implemented once the company consistently secures more than five paying clients per month, until additional developers are available to support the increased workload.

Performance-based bonuses may be awarded to representatives with the highest conversion and client-acquisition success rates. As the company’s monthly recurring revenue grows, top-performing representatives may also become eligible for full-time employee status instead of contractor status, which offers expanded compensation packages that include a base salary, commission, and additional performance bonuses.

• Understand that commission is based on completed and fully paid projects—not calls, leads, or scheduled meetings
