We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.



We are currently hiring a Workforce Analyst I


Summary: One of our Blue Cross Blue Shield clients is looking for a Workforce Analyst II to support its high-volume contact center operations with around 800+ agents, with expectations of growth during open-enrollment season. The hired employee will be analyzing operational performance, staffing trends, forecasting needs, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership


Required Skill

  • ls:Bachelor’s degree holder and 3+ years of Workforce Management or Contact Center Leadership experience in a large/high-volume environment (more than 300 agents). In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, plus 4 years of experien
  • ce.Experience with either NiCE Workforce Management tool, or Genesys Cl
