Join Our Team as a Kitchen Prep Chef - Private Club (Seasonal)

Garret Club, a private club located in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Kitchen Prep Chef to join our team on a seasonal, part-time basis. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Prep Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing ingredients and assisting with meal prep for daily service. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Supporting the kitchen team during service hours. - Assisting with occasional evening events as needed.

This position is typically scheduled Tuesday-Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, with some Fridays and occasional night shifts based on club needs.

We’re seeking a candidate who: - Has at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a similar role. - Is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment. - Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a passion for food preparation. - Is available for the specified hours and flexible for occasional evening shifts.
