Multi-operation $75m holding company seeks a VP Sales:
  • Lead and manage sales team to include hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive product development initiative
  • Provide sales forecasts, reporting, and insight to senior management to support decision-making processesKey driver of revenue growth and market expansion within the company.Operating at the forefront of sales leadership, leading the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
BS Degree, MBA preferred
Significant sales leadership experience over $40M revenue stream
