Base Salary + Commission
Base salary: $25,000 $35,000 (based on experience)
Commission on new business
Ongoing commission on renewal business
Uncapped earning potential
For experienced producers, were open to higher commission structures with reduced or no base.
Strong performers in this role typically earn well beyond the base through commissions and renewals.

Responsibilities- Prospect and develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client needs
- Guide clients through employee benefits strategy and plan options
- Communicate recommendations clearly and confidently
- Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Work with internal team for quoting, onboarding, and ongoing support
- Stay organized and accountable within AgencyZoom and internal systems
- Manage your book of business with a long-term, relationship-first approach
Requirements- Previous experience in benefits, insurance, or a sales role is preferred
- Experience in a commission-driven or performance-based environment is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Able to manage a longer sales cycle and stay consistent over time
