As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our people strategy, support organizational growth, and help foster an exceptional employee experience across our U.S. operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys operating as both a strategic business partner and hands-on leader in a fast-paced professional services environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted advisor to firm leadership and is responsible for leading the Human Resources function across the organization. This role oversees employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, and HR operations while supporting long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution and enjoys building programs, improving processes, and driving organizational success.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Lead and enhance performance management, professional development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, technology, and operational efficiency.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR Team while ensuring consistent delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience advising managers and resolving employee relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with performance management, talent development, and policy administration.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a professional services, legal services, or consulting environment.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-state workforces.
