Join GMD SOUTH INC as a Schedule Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a dynamic team in Mokena, IL.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage daily scheduling for projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules based on project needs and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules and changes.
  • Assist in resource allocation and optimization for efficiency.
  • Provide support in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues.
  • Prepare reports on scheduling metrics and performance.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
