Rich & Sons is a family-owned company providing Commercial Plumbing, Process Piping, Site Utilities and Municipal Service throughout Illinois and is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager.We are looking for a career-minded person who is looking for a long-term position with a great company.

Essential Functions:
- Attend turn-over meetings and understand in detail the scope of each job
- Create billing breakdown for each job
- Complete submittals
- Complete plan fabrication
- Handle and plan for all material and equipment for a job in coordination with the Warehouse Manager and Heavy Equipment Manager
- Request buy pricing from vendors, select vendors, and order materials
- Maintainaccuraterecords of operations, including project timelines, costs, and safety compliance
- Schedule company resources whichincludes:manpower, equipment, tools, and materials
- Manage the construction schedule for all jobs
- Coordinate with any other trades on the job
- Manage change orders and RFIs
- Investigate and handle any issues that arise through to resolution
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma required; bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years construction project management experience; mechanical/plumbing industry experience preferred
- Professional demeanor with integrity, accountability, and pride in work
- Strong teamwork skills and respect for project and organizational leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong math ability and attention to detail
- Ability to plan strategically, organize resources, and deliver projects on time and on budget
- Skilled at problem-solving, analyzing issues, and making sound, fiscally responsible decisions
- Comfortable working under pressure and with diverse groups (engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
